How to Book
We highly recommended that you book your class in advance using our online system MindBody. You can make a booking through the web or on your phone using the Apple or Android App. Once you have installed the app, just search for Central Wellness. You can drop in to classes without pre-booking, but classes do often fill up, so you may not get a space without reserving one in advance.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is from the Sanskrit word Yug meaning union which is today often translated to mean union of the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga was developed around 5,000 years ago in India by combining a series of postures, meditation and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body, mind, and breath while promoting health, strength, flexibility, and tranquility.
New to Central Wellness?
Studio classes are in the beautiful purpose built studio upstairs. We provide all the equipment you need for a class such as mats, blocks and straps. Just bring yourself and some water. If you want to bring your own mat, please do. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Classes are in bare feet (or use socks if you prefer).
Classes vary in capacity so it is advisable to book in advance to make sure you get a spot.
