In a world where time races and pressure builds, where stress and anxiety seem to be part of everyday life, and where social media and screen time can become all consuming, Iza feels it is of paramount importance that we learn to give ourselves the precious gift of some ‘time out’.
This evening is designed to do exactly that. You will be welcomed into a deeply relaxing space. A sanctuary that you can retreat to, where time stands still and where you can leave the worries of the world behind you.
Iza will share her deeply soothing music, sound therapy, inspirational spoken word, meditations and visualisations, interweaved with gentle breathing exercises and simple mindfulness techniques.
The evening will be a magical night to remember. Not only will you feel relaxed and de-stressed, you will also feel rejuvenated, having learnt some simple, practical relaxation techniques which can assist you through the challenges of your everyday life.
