It can be immensely beneficial to have a chance to break down certain postures which you might practice a few times in regular practice, but not have the chance to really gain an insight into in a weekly class environment.
This clinic will include a lot of work with props and wall support to gain more strength, mobility and focused alignment working on a specific asana or group of postures.
It will be designed to complement your yoga practice and include integrating some cross-training and yogi strength drills.
