Stillness is not the absence of life or movement, but is dynamic. Yoga is a way of learning to be centred in action so that you always have the clearest perspective on what's happening, allowing yourself to choose the best possible way to respond, to keep balance and perceptive.
An evening workshop of gentle movement, breath work and restorative yoga to unwind tension patterns from the body and mind.
Focus will be on releasing common areas of tension patterns like the neck, shoulders and hips.
Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
