A two hour family acroyoga workshop, focusing on building trust, community and strengthening family bonds through physical activity.  We will take you through a series of partner yoga poses and acroyoga flying poses, providing creative challenge and playful bonding.

This practice helps to develop self-esteem and confidence, whilst promoting healthy communication, collaboration and problem solving techniques applicable to family life and beyond. 

No experience necessary.                                                                                                   

£20 per ticket for one adult and accompanying child (age 4 or over).                              £10 per additional family member. Limited capacity, we advise early booking.
